Terms of Use
Effective: May 14, 2026 · Last updated: May 14, 2026
By accessing or using parapathwayspracticetest.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is provided free of charge for personal study purposes only.
1. Independent Resource Disclaimer
ParaPathways Practice is an independent test preparation resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Educational Testing Service (ETS), Prometric, any state department of education, or any school district. "ParaPathways," "ParaPro," "Praxis," and "ETS" are registered trademarks of Educational Testing Service. Use of these terms on this Service is for descriptive and educational purposes only.
2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. The Service is intended for adults preparing for the ParaPathways Assessment (ETS 5757). You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial study purposes.
You may not: (a) reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercialize practice questions, explanations, or site content; (b) scrape or systematically download content; (c) use automated tools (bots) to access the Service except for standard search engine indexing; (d) attempt to circumvent any security measure; (e) impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this Service, including practice questions, explanations, design, code, and graphics, is owned by ParaPathways Practice or licensed to us. Content is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Official ETS sample questions reference content from the publicly available ETS Study Companion (ParaPathways 5757) and are used for educational commentary purposes; rights to those samples belong to ETS.
4. No Guarantees or Warranties
Practice scores, pass probability percentages, and weak-area breakdowns on this Service are estimates for educational purposes only. They do not predict or guarantee performance on the actual ParaPathways Assessment. Passing scores, exam format, and state requirements are set by ETS and individual state education departments and are subject to change without notice. Always verify current requirements directly with ETS (parapro.ets.org) and your state DOE before registering for the exam.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParaPathways Practice, its founder Lee Trieu, and any contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, exam failure, missed certification deadlines, registration fees, or career impact, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Total cumulative liability shall not exceed USD $50 or the amount you paid to use the Service in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater. (Note: the Service is free, so this typically equals $0.)
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle data. The Service does not require an account and stores practice history only in your browser's localStorage.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites (ETS, state DOEs, Prometric, Reddit, forums) for informational purposes. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Following external links is at your own risk.
